E-ticket
The e-marketing module allows us to create and send a variety of newsletters. These can be of the following kinds: - Invitation to an event with save the date link so the date of the event is automatically reserved in the receiver's Outlook diary.
- Invitation to an event with a link to the registration page. If you click on this, the known details such as name, first name, etc. on the registration form are entered to make things easier for the invitee.
- E-mail reminder of the invitation to all invitees except those already registered.
- E-mail with practical information a few days before the event only to those people registered for the event.
- Thank-you e-mail after the event and maybe a link to photos, presentations or feedback form if this is included in the proposal.
- E-ticket mailing: Using an Excel list from the client, we can send an e-ticket with barcode via e-mail so reception proceeds smoothly.
We can send newsletters based on information we already have in the system (uploaded for earlier newsletter, from registration, etc.). We can also use a contact list supplied in Excel format and containing visitor details. In principle, we have sufficient information with an e-mail address. If we have more information, we can change to personalised e-mails (address by name, etc.). Each line in the Excel file contains one contact and one e-mail address. Conversion from different formats We can also send a different invitation to different target groups in order to increase the response. For example, speakers receive a different invitation from ordinary visitors to the event. If you forget to invite some people, the client himself can send out extra invitations using a simple system. If different kinds of newsletters are involved, it is also possible to look up which newsletter a particular person has already received. After each mailing, a report is always provided containing the key details of the mailing. That way, the client has an overview of the most recent action by each invitee. We see the people to whom the report could not be delivered, who clicked through it, who read the newsletter, etc. The client can also look at this information in detail for each person. In accordance with privacy and anti-spam regulations, the visitor can always view and/or change his own information and unsubscribe from future newsletters. an e-ticket with barcode
