Several events have as purpose to collect more information on the visitor. Who came to the presentation of a certain supplier? Who went to which workshop? Who has visited my exhibition booth? Which visitor was interested in what solution? There are several methods to collect information. You can print a barcode on the badge so that you can scan the barcode, work with RFID badges, provide tablets where people can leave their information behind,… Click on the questions below for more information.

A barcode is printed on the badge, this gives the possibility to follow the visitors during the event by scanning the badges.

Would you like to know which people went to which workshops?

By using a datacollector, you can collect information about the visitor:

  • The hostesses can register the visitors at the entrance of a workshop
  • The exhibitors can register the visitors who came by their exhibition booth

After the event, all the data is converted to 1 document, that includes following information:

  • Which visitor was present at which exhibition booth
  • Which visitor went to which workshop
  • How many visitors were present

Visitor tracking is used to have more information for a further follow-up after the event.

  • Who has been to which activity or presentation
  • Who would like more information on the offered products and services

Next to that visitor tracking can also be used for crowd management: who stands where and who has access to which zone.
