Registration and Check-in at the Belgian Première of the new Bond-movie

On Sunday November 1st 2015 it finally was there: The new Bond-movie Spectre has premiered in our country. For this occasion Abusol took care of the pre-registrations and the check-in of this in event in Kinepolis Brussels.

Because the invitations were strictly personal, the invitees could register online through their individual registration code. After the registration the people received a personal ticket by mail with a barcode for a smooth reception.

Different sponsors got assigned a certain amount of places. The was controlled automatically by the functionality behind the registration website. Every sponsor could manage their own group of invitees (number of registrations, number of free places, who didn’t subscribe yet,…)

By not working with paper guestlist but with our Eventcheckin App (Tablet solution) 900 visitors were smoothly checked-in. At all times there was a perfect overview on how many people were already present. After the event a detailed reporting was available of the shows and no-shows together with some statistics.

At the same time we also supported a different exhibition of the James Bond movie in which other variants in functionality were used: possibility to subscribe on a waitinglist when the room was full, Displaying automatically the number of free places.
