Smoother organization of the NVKVV congress by Abusol

NVKVV has welcomed more than 3000 visitors during the week of the nurses in Ostend. Hospitals were able to manage the registrations of their own staff. Individual visitors had the possibility to assemble their personal package for the study days. Based on their presence the necessary certificates were sent.

People were able to register individually and pay electronically on the registration website. Afterwards e-tickets were sent with practical information and the program. If asked, an e-invoice was sent.

The hospitals needed a tool to register their staff members, modify and change registration depending on the work schedule. This was possible through a group registration.

Study days and workshops were closed automatically when the maximum was reached.

To receive a study day certificate, the visitor had to answer to several specific demands, such as being a certain time at the congress. This used to be a work that was very time-consuming. By checking-out the people, even for the break, they were able to have a clear view on the time present at the congress and this process was automated.

This solution made sure there was a lot less workload for the staff via the user-friendly and simple tool that was offered by Abusol.
