Do you want a better screening of the visitors at your event?

Increase the security at your event using visitor registration. Make sure you know who came to your event through EventSite. Improve the screening at the check-in through EventCheckin. Identify your visitors through EventBadges.

     1. Pre-registration: Make sure you know who’ll come to your event

Through pre-registration you get a better overview on who will come to your event. Avoid that invitations are forwarded by working with personal codes to register. The entrance ticket can be sent after screening and approval. Do you only want to know who is coming to your event, you don’t have to work with personal codes and invitees can access the registration form without entering a code. Through the registration website all data of the registrations is gathered.

     2. Check-in: Increase the security by validation of the entrance tickets

At the check-in, the entrance ticket with barcode is validated by scanning. If visitors have forgotten their tickets, they can be looked up by name. If permitted or after approval, people can be added on-site. Afterwards you have a clear overview on who was present and who was registered on-site.

     3. Badges: quick identification of visitors

You can increase the security at your event by using badges. Visitors are easily recognized by their badges or bracelets. It is also possible to personalize a badge with a photo taken on-site. When it’s important to know who was at which location during the event, it’s possible to scan the barcode/badge at different checkpoints.
